We're Hiring for Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Maryland Region Hybrid Telehealth ABA services. Join our team at Behavioral Innovations and make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families.

• Base Compensation: $79,000 - $92,500 annually based on experience.

Qualifications

• Required: This role requires candidates in the Maryland area .
• Required: Must travel at least 25% monthly - one (1) week per month to provide in-person supervision
• Required: Master or Doctorate Level Degree: Behavior Analysis or related field
• Required: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis, per BACB guidelines
• Required: MD LBA state licensure
• Required: Licensed Professional: LBA per state guidelines, if applicable. Licensed Professional: LBA per state guidelines, if applicable - REQUIRED
• Required: Minimum of 2 years working as a BCBA.
• Preferred: Experience working with center-based, early intervention children
• Desired Traits: Effective collaborator, empathetic team-player
