Woodfords Family Services is excited to welcome a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to our growing Early Childhood Services (ECS) and Special Purpose Private School (SPPS) programs This full-time, center-based role will begin at our school in Waterville, Maine and transition mid-year to our newly constructed campus in Manchester, opening in Summer, 2026!
The BCBA position offers consistent school-day hours, a supportive team environment, and the exciting opportunity to help shape critical programming within our expanding services throughout Central Maine. Candidates accruing BCBA supervision hours are strongly encouraged to apply!
As a BCBA at Woodfords, you’ll play a vital role in supporting young learners during their most formative years. Your clinical expertise will support meaningful, structured learning environments while strengthening student engagement and empowering staff and caregivers.
The BCBA provides clinical leadership and consultation for young learners served within our Preschool and K–5 programs Responsibilities include:
Conducting evaluations, assessments, and behavioral observations
Collecting and analyzing data to inform individualized plans and programming
Developing and overseeing behavior intervention plans
Training and collaborating with classroom staff and caregivers
Supporting curriculum development across ECS and SPPS programs
Providing on-site supervision and coaching to classroom Educational Technicians to ensure intervention integrity and consistency
