Reliatus Behavioral Health, a leading recruiting organization specializing in supporting Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) organizations find top talent, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our client's team in Kankakee/Bradley, Illinois.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $80,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience.

Position Summary

The BCBA is responsible for leading with purpose, supporting a talented team of RBTs, and providing top-quality ABA services to children. In this role, you aren't just a supervisor—you are a clinical leader in a child-focused environment designed for "rompin' stompin' dynamite therapy." You will report to professionals who understand your clinical role, not an accountant or corporate investor.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership & Assessment

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop highly individualized plans of care.
• Ensure fidelity in behavior plan implementation and provide hands-on clinical guidance.
• Complete accurate and ethical documentation that is efficient—not overwhelming.

Mentorship & Supervision

• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in their daily practice to ensure the highest quality of care.
• Foster a supportive, team-first culture through regular feedback and clinical coaching.

Collaboration & Education

• Provide caregiver education and training to promote real-world skill generalization.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams (SLPs, OTs, PTs) to support holistic client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Certification: Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
• Experience: Pediatric or outpatient ABA experience is preferred.
• Clinical Skills: Strong clinical judgment, excellent documentation skills, and proven supervision abilities.
• Soft Skills: A team player with a collaborative spirit and a deep passion for helping children thrive.
