Our client offers a breathtaking new adventure in Northern Michigan where you aren't just an employee—you are an employee-owner. Join a therapist-led organization where you have a say in company decision-making and a share of company profits, all while enjoying a year-round outdoor lifestyle featuring crystal-blue lakes, hiking trails, and world-class skiing.

This role is for someone who wants to escape corporate bureaucracy and make a lasting impact on a close-knit community.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Lead family training programs and build rapport with caregivers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Participate in monthly regional and company-wide meetings to drive leadership initiatives and professional development.
  • Maintain general availability from 8am–6pm, Monday–Friday, with flexibility for occasional client needs.

Qualifications

  • Certification: Active BCBA or BCaBA certification is required.
  • Education: Minimum of a Master’s degree (for BCBA) or Bachelor's (for BCaBA) in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills; strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with Medicaid case managers and community members.
