Operating in a clinic-based setting, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions. You will lead a dedicated team of RBTs, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence while serving as a compassionate advocate for families in the community.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Assessment & StrategyConduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify underlying causes of challenging behaviors.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and clinical best practices.Monitor client progress and make data-driven adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.Supervision & MentorshipProvide high-quality training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and clinical staff.Ensure the effective implementation of behavior intervention strategies across your caseload.Collaboration & AdvocacyCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators and healthcare professionals.Train families and caregivers to promote the generalization of skills across home and community environments.Serve as a resource for local families, providing information on speech, OT, PT, and advocacy groups.QualificationsCertification: Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.Education: Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.Experience: Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges.Skills: Strong clinical judgment; experience with Catalyst and/or Central Reach is preferred.Certifications: CPR/First Aid and SafetyCare certification preferred (training provided).How to ApplyAre you ready to join a therapist-led team that values your expertise and your time?
