You will develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in a clinic-based setting, utilizing a staggered scheduling model designed to reduce burnout and ensure high-quality programming for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).Key ResponsibilitiesAssessment and Treatment PlanningConduct comprehensive assessments using tools such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and AFLS.Develop and adjust highly individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on data-driven research and clinical expertise.Supervision and TrainingOversee and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring treatment fidelity according to BACB guidelines.Collaborate with a dedicated Lead Therapist who assists with session prep and material retrieval.Data Analysis and CollaborationDiligently monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to intervention strategies.Work closely with families, teachers, and medical professionals to provide a holistic, multi-disciplinary approach to care.Administrative EaseFocus on clinical outcomes rather than logistics; simply submit worked hours and complete SOAP notes while our administrative team handles the rest.QualificationsEducation: Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.Certification: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
