
ABA Pathways, LLC is seeking a compassionate, adaptable, and motivated BCBA to join our growing team as an Assistant Clinical Director (ACD). The Assistant Clinical Director is responsible for supporting and overseeing clinical services at the local level. This role works closely with the Area Director and leadership team to ensure high-quality ABA services are delivered in alignment with Pathways’ policies, ethical standards, industry best practices, and the individual needs of our clients and families.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who values mentorship, leads with empathy, and takes pride in creating a positive and accountable clinical environment.

ABA Pathways brings an in depth understanding in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We conduct functional behavior assessments and develop data driven treatment programs. ABA Pathways goal is to establish appropriate behaviors and skills through motivating and meaningful behavior analytic sessions. We provide a continuum of services for clients from toddlers through adult. Our staff works within families’ homes and in the school setting.
