
At North Shore Pediatric Therapy in Des Plaines, IL, is looking for a BCBA in training to join our team. In this role, you will work as a Registered Behavior Technician, while also assisting the Clinical Director with unrestricted supervision activities for a caseload of clients. You must currently be enrolled in a graduate-level ABA course and working towards your BCBA certification.

In just a few weeks of ABA therapy, one of your kiddos might go from lacking the important vocabulary to finally being able to express what she wants and how she’s feeling, or from antisocial behaviors to cheerfully greeting her family. The Assistant Clinical Coordinator is responsible for assisting the BCBA/Clinic Director team with unrestricted supervision activities for a caseload of clients. In addition to this responsibility, the ACC is required to maintain a role as a Behavior Therapist for approximately half the hours. The ACC will lead Behavior Therapist/Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) training classes for onboarding and ongoing training.
