Join a team where BCBAs come to thrive—not burn out.

At Advance Kids, we believe exceptional clinical care starts with supporting the clinicians who provide it. For more than 20 years, we have provided comprehensive ABA services throughout Sacramento, serving individuals from early intervention through adult and residential programs.

We listened to BCBAs and intentionally designed our systems, caseloads, and culture around what helps clinicians do their best work while maintaining a fulfilling life outside of work. Our goal is simple: provide BCBAs with the clinical support, manageable caseloads, mentorship, and work-life balance they need to build sustainable careers.

We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and clinically driven Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our clinic-based team. This position provides the opportunity to develop individualized ABA programs, mentor RBTs, collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers, and deliver high-quality, ethical clinical services in a supportive environment.

Position Summary

The BCBA is responsible for the development, implementation, supervision, and ongoing evaluation of individualized ABA programs.
