About Unlocking The Spectrum

Founded in 2009, Unlocking The Spectrum is dedicated to delivering clinical excellence and fostering a supportive, positive culture for our clients through the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Our mission is to transform the lives of children and their families affected by Autism and related disorders.

Position: BCBA – Clinical Leader

Unlocking The Spectrum is seeking a highly motivated, experienced BCBA who thrives in a leadership role. The ideal candidate will be an engaged and proactive clinical professional who enjoys developing behavior therapists, collaborating with families, and fostering a positive, productive environment for both staff and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
  • Current BCBA certification
  • Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in a leadership role within the ABA field
  • Proven ability to supervise and support staff while maintaining a high standard of clinical quality and team morale

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field (e.g., Education, Psychology, Human Development)
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of direct ABA experience, including:
  • Implementation of behavior-reduction plans
  • Development and execution of skill-building programs for children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Positive, team-oriented mindset with a high level of professionalism and energy
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and the ability to adapt to changing needs
  • Exceptional attention to detail and written communication skills, especially in data collection, analysis, and report writing
  • Ability to communicate appropriately and effectively in various settings and with diverse audiences
  • Maintains confidentiality and exercises sound judgment in sensitive situations
  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to effectively train and coach staff, parents, and caregivers on ABA principles, programs, and protocols
  • Strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and confidentiality requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Must meet agency driving insurability standards and pass required background checks

Unlocking The Spectrum was created with the mission of making ABA Therapy accessible to ALL children with autism by providing the highest quality ABA therapy services to throughout Indiana.

Unlocking The Spectrum is committed to providing caring, professional Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Verbal Behavior (VB) therapy services throughout Indiana in a wide variety of settings including home, center, school, and community. Our programs include ABA/VB therapy, consultation, family/therapist training, program management, and specialized services such as toilet training, school transitions and support, and social skills training.

At Unlocking The Spectrum, we believe that an effective ABA program is an essential component in allowing children with autism to reach their maximum potential.

We work with families to secure insurance coverage for therapy services.
