Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM–2:00 PM

Pay Rate: $16–$20 per hour base + production bonus

Pay Type: Hourly base pay plus production bonus

Earning Potential: Up to $59 per flagged hour, depending on production. Performance-based earning potential is not guaranteed.

Stang Auto Tech, Inc. is seeking a B-Level or strong C-Level Automotive Technician to join its family-owned independent automotive repair shop in Broomfield, CO.

Established in 1980, the shop offers $16–$20 per hour base pay plus a production bonus, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a SIMPLE IRA with a company match.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical concerns across a variety of vehicle makes and model years.
• Perform general automotive maintenance, vehicle inspections, and mechanical repairs.
• Complete preventive maintenance, fluid services, and routine vehicle servicing.
• Troubleshoot automotive diagnostic concerns and perform repairs consistent with demonstrated technical ability.
• Utilize manufacturer diagnostic portals and available repair information to identify vehicle issues and support accurate repairs.
• Document completed repairs, diagnostic findings, and service recommendations using established shop processes.
• Collaborate with experienced automotive technicians and contribute to apprentice development.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow established repair procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience and demonstrated technical skills consistent with a B-Level Automotive Technician or strong C-Level Automotive Technician.
• Ability to perform general automotive maintenance, inspections, and mechanical repairs.
• Working knowledge of automotive diagnostic procedures and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to identify and address mechanical and electrical vehicle concerns.
• Familiarity with automotive diagnostic resources and repair information.
• Ability to communicate repair findings clearly and collaborate with other technicians.
• Commitment to quality workmanship, workplace organization, and sharing technical knowledge with developing technicians.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Pay: $16–$20 per hour.
• Production Bonus: Additional performance-based compensation tied to technician production.
• Earning Potential: Up to $59 per flagged hour, depending on production. Actual earnings vary and are not guaranteed.
