Main Responsibilities
1. Develop a marketing plan based on market analysis and company objectives.
2. Achieve sales targets set by the company.
3. Attend industry events, join professional organizations, and actively engage in social and business networking to connect with potential customers.
4. Responsible for developing team members through various means, such as mentoring, coaching, counseling, etc.
General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
Qualifications
1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in any major.
2. Experience in a similar position in sales/marketing/logistics.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
4. Experience in the logistics, freight forwarding, or expedition industry is preferred.
5. Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
6. Skilled in developing sales and marketing strategies.
7. Willing to travel out of town (if necessary)
8. Willing to be placed in Pangkal Pinang, Bangka Belitung
