
As a BBA Trainer, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering training programs for our sales team. Your expertise will empower our team to enhance their sales strategies, improve customer engagement, and drive business growth. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including sales managers and product specialists, to design and implement effective training modules. Additionally, you will stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure our training programs remain relevant and impactful.
Min 4-5 years of experience in Business Banking background with a good understanding of Sales.
