
What You'll Be Doing
The Registered Nurse (RN) Provides professional nursing cae within the Emergency Department to neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients. Coordinates care planning with other disciplines. Provies direct and indirect patient care in the emergency care setting. Provides care that reflects initiative, flexibility and responsibility indicative of professional expectation with a minimum of supervision. The ability to triage safely, rapidly and accurately, every patient that enters the ED. Determines priorities of care based on physical and psychosocial needs, as well as factors influencing patient flow through the department.
Communicate with the physicians about changes in patient's status, symptomatology and results of diagnostic studies.
The ability to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Demonstrate the ability to use equipment specific to the Emergency Department.
What We're Looking For
Associate Degree in Nursing required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Current Registered Nurse New Jersey State license.
BLS, ACLS and PALS and/or, ENPC within 1 year of hire.
Full-time, Night shift. 7pm to 7:30am.
Rotational Weekend Saturday and Sunday.
