Key Responsibilities
Requirements
· Minimum of OND or equivalent.
· Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
· Basic technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to follow procedures and guidelines accurately
· Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining equipment in good condition.
· Good communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers.
· Physical ability to lift and handle batteries and perform light maintenance tasks.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· 1-2 years prior experience in a customer service or technical support role is a plus.
