This position reports to the Fire Chief and supervises between four and seven Chevron fire department employees. Acts as the Incident Commander during incidents including fire suppression, medical response, hazardous materials, rescue operations, security incidents, oil spill mitigation, and other emergencies. Supports and passionately engages the philosophy that together we will do the job safely or not at all. Works closely with all levels of employees throughout the refinery including management, operations, maintenance, technical, and others.
