Experience & Qualifications

We are seeking seasoned sales consultants with a strong background in bathroom remodeling. The ideal candidate will have:

• 3-5 years of Bathroom Remodeling Sales Experience: Proven success in selling bathroom renovation projects and meeting sales goals.
• Remodeling Knowledge: Strong understanding of bathroom remodeling processes, materials, fixtures, and common customer needs or concerns.
• Consultative Sales Approach: Ability to build trust with clients and guide them through the decision-making process. You excel at listening to customers’ needs, providing tailored recommendations, and ensuring they achieve their remodeling goals.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Clear, confident communicator with outstanding relationship-building abilities. You can explain design concepts and project details in a way that’s easy for customers to understand, instilling confidence and excitement.
• Self-Motivation & Integrity: A results-driven attitude with the discipline to manage your own schedule and pipeline. You take pride in delivering on promises and representing our Home Depot partnership with professionalism.

Job Responsibilities

As a Bathroom Remodeling Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our Home Depot bathroom renovation program in Las Vegas. Key responsibilities include:

• In-Home Consultations: Travel to clients’ homes (within the Las Vegas area) to evaluate their bathroom space, discuss their needs/preferences, and assess their budget and timeline.
• Present Exclusive Remodeling Solutions: Showcase and explain Home Depot’s exclusive bathroom remodeling solutions, including product options (fixtures, finishes, layouts) and the feasibility of each project. Help customers visualize their new bathroom.
• Educate & Inform: Walk customers through the remodeling process, project timeline, and investment required. Answer questions and address any concerns to ensure they are fully informed and comfortable with the plan.
• Customized Proposals & Closing Sales: Develop tailored project proposals that align with each client’s goals and budget. Use a consultative, no-pressure approach to close sales, ensuring customers feel confident and excited to move forward.
• Collaboration for Project Success: Work closely with our project managers and installation teams to hand off detailed project information and ensure seamless execution of each sold project. Maintain communication with the team and the client throughout the project lifecycle.
• Post-Sale Follow-Up: Provide excellent after-sale service. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, address any post-installation questions, and encourage referrals and repeat business by creating raving fans.

Work Environment & Expectations
• Local Travel: This is a field-based role. You’ll be traveling to customer locations across the Las Vegas area for consultations (reliable transportation is required).
• Flexible Schedule: Be prepared to accommodate customers’ schedules with evening and weekend consultations as needed. While you manage your own calendar, a willingness to work non-traditional hours is important for success.
• Independence & Organization: You’ll largely work independently, so being self-motivated and organized is key. You must efficiently manage your sales pipeline, appointments, follow-ups, and paperwork to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
• Professionalism: As a representative of an exclusive Home Depot partner, you are expected to maintain high professional standards and a customer-first attitude. Our clients trust us (and Home Depot’s reputation) to deliver on our promises.
• Team Collaboration: Though much of your work is independent, you’re still part of a larger team. You’ll coordinate with designers, project managers, and installers, contributing to a positive team culture and sharing best practices for success.
