We have an exciting opportunity to Join Flagship Services as a Bathroom Fitter working in our Planned works team.
Location: This role is mobile and covers Norwich, Dereham, Swaffham and surrounding areas
Please note that you will be required to drive to multiple different places of work. A company vehicle, tools, and uniform will be provided.
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-2:30pm
At Flagship Group, everyone plays a part in helping to solve the housing crisis. As a Bathroom Fitter (Capital Works), you’ll deliver effective and efficient bathroom installations across our properties, helping to provide safe, high‑quality homes and an excellent service for our tenants.
Working on site, you’ll carry out full bathroom upgrades and associated works, supporting colleagues and other trades to ensure all work is completed right first time, safely, and to a high standard.
Carrying out full bathroom upgrades across Flagship properties
Completing a range of associated tasks, including:
Basic carpentry
Ceramic tiling
Basic plumbing
Painting and decorating
Using a variety of tools and equipment, including a Flagship Services vehicle
Working efficiently and safely, minimising waste wherever possible
Ensuring all work meets required standards first time to deliver value for money
Providing an outstanding, customer‑focused service to tenants
Working core hours of 8am–5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am–2.30pm Friday, with flexibility to work additional paid hours when required
We’re looking for a skilled, practical professional who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of delivering quality homes.
You’ll need:
A Full Trade Apprenticeship or NVQ Level 2 in a relevant trade, or equivalent proven experience in bathroom fitting
Strong practical skills, including diagnosing issues and repairing or replacing components
Experience determining required materials and equipment and supporting cost estimates
Good customer service, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
An understanding of how to respond to and escalate safeguarding or emergency situations on site
Basic IT skills, including competence in Microsoft Outlook and Teams
A full UK driving licence
Training and development in safeguarding and emergency response
Experience using operational digital systems, including a work scheduling system
