What You'll Do:

• Install tubs, showers, vanities, cabinets, doors, and more.
• Perform demolition tasks to prepare spaces for renovations.
• Organize tools and materials efficiently at job sites.
• Reface cabinets and install doors, drawer fronts, and rollout trays.
• Repair, sand, paint, and finish wood cabinets to a professional standard.
• Perform light construction work, including trim and cabinetry upgrades.
• Follow company guidelines to ensure high-quality results.
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized.
• Collaborate with the project manager and provide progress updates.

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to lift heavy items and stay active throughout the day.
• Experience with power tools like saws, routers, and nail guns.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Previous remodeling or construction experience is a plus — but we’re happy to train the right person!
