What You'll Be Doing

• Operate and monitor batching systems to produce consistent, high-quality material
• Coordinate material flow to support plant production and delivery schedules
• Perform routine inspections and report equipment or quality concerns promptly
• Maintain accurate production records and follow operational procedures
• Support housekeeping and safety culture across the plant
• Keep plant and yard maintained and tidy

• Demonstrated ability to operate industrial or automated equipment safely and effectively
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy
• Ability to follow procedures and make sound decisions in a fast paced environment
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to safety, reliability, and continuous improvement
• Mechanically inclined individual

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
