About the Role

As a Batcher, you'll play a critical role in preparing and mixing meat and ingredient batches that meet our quality, food safety, and production standards. Working within our production team at West Gosford, you'll accurately weigh, measure, and combine ingredients according to recipes and production schedules. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where precision, consistency, and teamwork are valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately weigh, measure, and prepare ingredients according to batch sheets and production specifications
  • Operate batching and mixing equipment safely and efficiently
  • Conduct quality checks on raw materials and finished mixtures
  • Complete production documentation, including batch records and ingredient traceability information
  • Follow GMP, HACCP, and food safety procedures while reporting any quality concerns or non-conformances

About You

You are a reliable and detail oriented individual who takes pride in delivering quality work. You thrive in a team environment and can maintain accuracy while working to production deadlines. Previous experience in food manufacturing, meat processing, or a similar FMCG environment will be highly regarded. Most importantly, you are committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
