Batch Builder / Warehouse Operator
Area: Springboro, OH
Shift: Monday-Friday | Manufacturing/Warehouse Schedule

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Batch Builder / Warehouse Operator to support daily manufacturing and warehouse operations within a chemical manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for building raw material batch skids, staging materials, supporting shipping and receiving activities, and maintaining accurate documentation while ensuring safety and production goals are met.

• Build raw material batch skids according to daily and weekly production schedules
• Pull, stage, organize, and prepare raw materials using FIFO processes and batch instructions
• Verify and distinguish between similar raw materials to ensure batch accuracy
• Accurately document batch information and material usage within the EBC system
• Prepare completed batch skids for shipment through shrink wrapping and staging
• Load and unload trailers and box trucks safely and efficiently
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment while following all safety and 5S procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and support additional warehouse/manufacturing duties as needed
