To develop the role of the Basic Grade Rotational role and participate in Pharmacy services in conjunction with Pharmacy Department staff. The post holder will support the delivery of a high quality Clinical, Dispensary and Aseptic services, under the management of the Chief II Pharmacists and Head of Pharmacy.

· To perform such other duties appropriate to the office as may from time to time be assigned by the Chief Executive or designated Officer.

(a) Candidates must:
(i) Be a registered Pharmacist with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI) or be entitled to be so registered.
And
(ii) Possess the requisite knowledge and ability (including a high standard of suitabiltiy and management ability) for the proper discharge of the duties of the office.
2. Annual Registration
On appointment, Practitioners must maintain live annual registration on the Pharmacist Registered mainted by Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland.
3. HealthCandidates for and any person holding the office must be fully competent and capable ofundertaking the duties attached to the office and be in a state of health such as wouldindicate a reasonable prospect of ability to render regular and efficient service.
4. CharacterCandidates for and any person holding the office must be of good character.

Beaumont Hospital (incorporating St. Joseph's Hospital, Raheny) is the principal teaching hospital for the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland.
