Agricultural Solutions - Sales, Marketing & Technical Services Intern - Summer 2027

The Grow@BASF Internship Program gives undergraduate students the opportunity to apply what they are learning in the classroom to meaningful, real-world assignments while developing both technical and professional skills.

Where the Chemistry Happens…

As a Grow@BASF intern, you will participate in a 12-week summer internship and work alongside experienced BASF team members and mentors within our Agricultural Solutions business.

Depending on your assignment, you may gain experience across Sales, Marketing and Technical Services, supporting projects that connect BASF's agricultural solutions with growers, customers and the field teams who serve them.

Your summer experience may include:

• Working alongside BASF field agronomic, sales, marketing and technical teams.
• Supporting localized projects and field assignments involving seed treatments, fungicides, herbicides and other crop solutions.
• Assisting with field trials and grower projects, including collecting and analyzing data, troubleshooting results and providing feedback.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and helping test and implement solutions.
• Supporting customer tours, field days, demonstrations and presentations.
• Building relationships and gaining exposure to growers, customers and BASF professionals across the Agricultural Solutions business.
• Developing your technical knowledge, communication skills and understanding of the agricultural industry.

Mobility is important for this program:

Internship assignments are located in a variety of locations throughout the United States and may include one of BASF's research farms or other field-based locations.

Throughout the summer, interns will receive ongoing feedback and development opportunities. Interns may also be considered for a returning internship or, where applicable, a full-time opportunity within one of BASF's Professional Development rotational programs.
