As a heartbeat of our transportation operations, you’ll ensure smooth bus transfers, coordinate with departments, support drivers, and help deliver outstanding service to every guest.
Qualifications:
M.A.V.O. diploma or equivalent
Age 25+ with a valid driver’s permit (D-license is a big plus!)
At least 1 year of experience in the experience or hospitality industry
Previous experience as a Bus Driver is a plus
Fluent in English and Spanish (Dutch and Papiamento are a bonus)
Required Skills:
Strong leadership & coordination abilities
Calm under pressure, with excellent problem-solving skills
Great communicator & people person
Physically capable of lifting luggage
Committed to top-tier customer service
Team player with a positive attitude
Responsibilities:
At the Base Station:
Oversee and supervise all Base Station activities
Manage driver schedules and handle sudden changes
Communicate professionally with guests and departments
Register transfer confirmations and assist with requests
Keep the monthly calendar updated and assist Reservations
Ensure accurate data collection & reporting
At the Main Office:
Track and report any bus damages
Ensure on-time driver departures
Check hotel logbooks for timely pickups
Coordinate bus and driver availability
Perform spot checks and monitor route compliance
Collaborate with Maintenance to keep buses in top shape
Support at the Cruise Terminal when needed
General Duties:
Promote team spirit and open communication
Lead by example and support company policies
Be flexible – step in as Bus Driver or Tour Guide when needed
Comply with annual drug test requirements
Take on other tasks as assigned
