職務内容

クライアント開拓

• 積極的な営業電話や、現場マネージャーからシニアレベルの役員までの重要な意思決定者との対面ミーティングを通じて、サービスを紹介し、既存のクライアント関係を維持・強化します。

候補者開拓

• 地元の優秀なプロフェッショナル人材を特定し、一時的、プロジェクトベース、一時的から常用への雇用など、多様な機会を提供します。
• 候補者と定期的に連絡を取り合い、キャリアガイダンスやプロフェッショナルなサポートを提供します。

On-Base Program Manager

Responsibilities

Client Development

• Make proactive sales calls and conduct face-to-face meetings with decision-makers, from mid-level managers to senior executives, to present our services and strengthen existing client relationships.

Candidate Development

• Identify and engage top local talent for diverse roles, including temporary, project-based, and temporary-to-permanent opportunities.
• Maintain consistent, meaningful communication with candidates, offering career guidance and support at every stage of their journey.
