Mission:

To ensure data processed by IntegriChain meets the highest quality standards of our customers and, in instances where these quality standards cannot be met, work with both internal and external stakeholders to seek a resolution.

Duties:

  • Monitor, investigate, and remediate data incidents to ensure they are resolved appropriately and within the specified SLA
  • Ad hoc data investigations/product support activities upon customer request
  • Communication with data providers and customers regarding new or open issues
  • Creation and distribution of Customer Data Incident Reports
  • Contribute to internal process and SOP documentation
  • Work with Internal Stakeholders to document potential process and tooling improvements
  • Provide cross-functional support to Implementation, Customer Engagement, and Data Pipeline teams
  • Facilitation/support of a productive and communicative team environment
  • Assist Data Operations management in projects and day-to-day activities

Qualifications

  • 3+ Experience using SQL and Excel required, Python preferred, command prompt helpful
  • Flexible and Adaptable to feedback
  • Eagerness to identify issues and take initiative in process improvement
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Organized with an ability to prioritize and consistently follow-through
  • Committed to lifelong learning
  • Capable of working both autonomous and in a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
