BAS / Controls Project Manager

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced BAS / Controls Project Manager for a direct hire opportunity supporting installation and commissioning projects within airports, secure facilities, and other live critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage BAS/DDC controls projects from kickoff through commissioning
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and project operations
• Oversee scheduling, materials, job costs, startup, and change orders
• Support phased work, shutdowns, and off-hours/night work execution
• Review submittals, installation sequencing, and commissioning activities
• Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, GCs, reps, and inspectors
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and facility access requirements

Qualifications

• 5+ years of BAS, controls, or HVAC/mechanical project management experience
• Strong knowledge of DDC controls installation and HVAC systems
• Experience working in airports, secure facilities, hospitals, data centers, or live critical environments
• Familiarity with Niagara, Siemens, JCI, Honeywell, or Schneider systems
• Strong scheduling, communication, and leadership skills
• Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project
• Ability to obtain and maintain security badging/clearance
