Your new role
As the Supply & Demand Manager (Sales & Operations Execution Lead) for BASAC, you will be the regional lead ensuring timely execution of S&OE processes and alignment across affiliates in Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Central America & Caribbean and South America. Acting as a Center of Excellence, you will embed best practices in forecast, demand and supply planning, and enable operational decisions that balance customer needs, inventory and constrained supply situations. You will work closely with country supply chain teams, commercial, finance and operations to drive continuous improvement, manage supply risks and ensure fair allocation across the region.
