We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled finance professional to lead Business Finance for CAC (Central America & Caribbean) and SAM (South America, excluding Colombia, Chile, Argentina and Brazil) within the newly established BASAC organization. Partner closely with cluster GMs and cross-functional teams to deliver financial targets, streamline processes through digital solutions, and develop a high-performing finance team. Reporting directly to the BASAC Senior Finance & Operations Director with a strong dotted line to the Cluster General Managers, you will serve as the strategic finance partner to the CAC and SAM leadership teams. Your core responsibilities include:

About the Department
CAC and SAM clusters are part of the newly created BASAC organization within the REM structure. The role will support the Cluster General Managers and sit on the cluster management teams, leading the Business Finance function for both clusters (with one Finance Manager dedicated to CAC and one to SAM). As a central finance leader in BASAC, you will influence cross-functional decisions, partner closely with Supply Chain, Market Access and other Centres of Excellence, and lead the delivery of the clusters’ financial performance and compliance. The role is office-based in Panama City and will require regular presence at the office. Regional travel of up to approximately 20% is expected (primarily Ecuador, Peru and Panama).
