Mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages so that you can deliver high-quality drinks
Bartenders will be responsible for taking tables, taking out orders, 3rd party orders, bussing tables, etc. As a Bartender at Unbranded Tavern and Kitchen you are responsible for all Front of house responsibilities, as well as assisting cooks or dishes if needed.
Basic bar knowledge is required. Must know how to make standard drinks prior to employment.
Work the service bar in a friendly and efficient manner. Ensure all drink orders have been rung in
Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for the purchase of alcohol
Provide excellent guest service by engaging the guest, describing food/beverage, taking orders, efficiently delivering food, and accepting payment
Inform guests of specials and/or promotions, answer questions, and make suggestions when asked
Use up-selling techniques with every guest to enhance the dining experience
Address guest concerns and inform the manager
Assist in keeping the restaurant clean and safe, including restrooms,
Clean up spilled food, drink, and broken dishes, and remove empty bottles and trash from the bar area
Provide an enjoyable bar experience for every Guest
Remain visible behind the bar at all times to assist Guests and Team Members
Provide responsible service for alcoholic beverages
