Daffodil is an independent, proudly Welsh restaurant owned by Croeso, celebrating the very best of locally sourced, seasonal produce. We’re passionate about great food, warm hospitality, and creating memorable experiences for every guest.

We’re currently looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Server / Bartender to join our team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Delivering excellent customer service with a warm, welcoming attitude

• Taking orders and serving food and drinks efficiently

• Preparing and serving a range of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and local Welsh spirits

• Maintaining a clean and organised bar and service area

• Working closely with the team to ensure smooth service

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in hospitality is preferred but not essential

• A positive attitude and strong communication skills

• A genuine interest in food, drink, and Welsh produce

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, bank holidays and major event days

• hourly pay £12.71 (21 and over), £10.85 (18 to 20)
