As part of our luxurious brand, which includes the chic Canaves Ena, the elegant Canaves Oia Suites & Spa, the intimate Sunday Suites, and the newest marvel, Canaves Epitome, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting memorable moments for our valued guests.

Your Role

• Warmly greet guests and craft exquisite beverages that tantalize their taste buds
• Utilize your flair for mixology to whip up signature cocktails and recommend pairings that enhance their dining experience
• Maintain an immaculate, inviting bar area that reflects the luxury of Canaves Collection
• Interact with guests, sharing your expertise, and ensuring they have a fantastic time
• Stay ahead of trends in the beverage industry to keep our menu fresh and exciting
• Work collaboratively with our talented team to ensure impeccable service standards

Requirements

We're looking for individuals who are:

• Bringing at least 2 years of experience in a high-end hospitality setting, ideally in hotels or fine dining
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Greek is definitely a plus!
• Knowledgeable about spirits and mixology—bonus points if you've got a few signature cocktails up your sleeve!
• Enthusiastic, attentive to detail, and committed to providing impeccable service
• Good at multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced environment
• A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
