Key elements of your Role :
Ensure quick, friendly and professional service at all times
Master our drink recipes and manage all orders in a proper way (preparation time and quality standards)
Anticipate bar supply needs
Work collaboratively with floor teams to ensure smooth service and high standards.
Bring energy, enthusiasm, and a welcoming presence to every shift : be the friendly face behind the bar, delighting guests with your warmth, charm and genuine hospitality
You will be reporting to the Assistant Manager & Floor Manager

We opened our first location in Paris in 2019, quickly followed by another one in Brussels. Additional locations are opening soon. The Paris restaurant is located in the Sentier and is as vibrant and welcoming as its neighbourhood. In Brussels, we are located in Le Châtelain, a busy yet village-like neighbourhood, submersed in an epicurean local and international population.
