Created by Ryan Chetiyawardana, Super Lyan is bold, creative, and a little unexpected. We focus on high quality cocktails, fast paced service, and a vibe that feels open, fun, and genuinely welcoming.

We are looking for a Bartender who brings both skill and personality. Someone who is sharp behind the bar, but just as strong in front of it.

What you will do

You make sure every shift runs smoothly, from the first prep to the last drink.

You come in prepared. You know your setup, your batches, your garnishes. You follow recipes closely, because consistency is key. You check your stock, read your briefings, and make sure you and your team are ready before the first order comes in.

Once service starts, you are fully in it. You move with speed and focus, delivering drinks with accuracy while keeping the energy high. You welcome guests warmly, guide them through the menu, and share your knowledge in a way that feels natural, not forced.

You read the room. You know when to engage, when to step in, and how to handle different situations. Whether it is a special request, a busy rush, or a complaint, you stay calm, professional, and solution focused.

At the same time, you take pride in your bar. You keep it clean, organised, and stocked throughout the shift. You work closely with your team, communicate clearly, and support wherever needed to keep service flowing.

What we are looking for

• Experience as a bartender in a quality driven bar or restaurant
• Strong understanding of cocktails and an eye for detail
• Someone who brings energy, confidence, and personality to the bar
• A natural host who connects easily with guests
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, high volume environment
• A team player who takes ownership and supports others
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
