We have fantastic opportunity for a Bartender to join us at Mikey Ryan's (must be 18 years old)

A Palladian manor, in the heart of Ireland, Cashel Palace is a luxury hideaway, meticulously restored and exquisitely reimagined. Spectacularly located by the Rock of Cashel in picturesque Co. Tipperary, the hotel is enveloped in nature and overlooked by ancient history. We are also proud members of Ireland's Blue Book and Relais & Chateaux.

We have a range of open positions in Food & Beverage for Bartenders. Our Bars include: Mikey Ryan’s Bar & Kitchen, The Guinness Bar, Resident Cocktail Bar, Donoghue’s Bar, Ballroom Bar and Sadler's.

This range of Bars offers many different options in terms of flexible working hours

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Food and Beverage Team to ensure all guests receive an excellent experience in the Cashel Palace Hotel.
  • Ensure service standards are kept to the highest level whilst continually looking for areas to improve.
  • Work with and assist the Food & Beverage Team where necessary.
  • Connect with colleagues and guests alike in a positive and friendly manner.
  • Attend various trainings that will help to develop you in your career.
