This is a Part Time position with a minimum 3 shifts a week. To be considered for this position, you must have open availability, open to doubles (lunch/Brunch and Dinner) within the 3 days.

  • Possesses strong working knowledge of cocktails, wine, and beer, and enjoys sharing relevant and engaging information with guests.
  • Creates a memorable guest experience that encourages repeat visits and long-term guest loyalty.
  • Values accuracy and organization when maintaining guest tabs, placing orders, and preparing guests prior to food service.
  • Consistently goes above and beyond for special requests and celebrations, while taking food preferences and guest allergies seriously.
  • Works collaboratively as part of a team and communicates respectfully with all staff and managers to ensure smooth service.
  • Moves efficiently throughout the restaurant with a strong sense of urgency and focus.
  • Takes ownership of the bar by monitoring and maintaining beer keg and liquor levels, conducting inventory, and assisting managers with inventory ordering.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of proven experience as a bartender
  • Valid SmartServe Certification, required
  • Wine, beer and cocktail knowledge is required.
  • WSET preferred but not required
  • Passion for food, beverage and providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and able to lift and move beer kegs, liquor and wine boxes
  • Available weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada

Wage: $17.60- $18.50 + gratuities
