36 Granada, the home to The French Pantry and Little Miss Ha in downtown St. Augustine is looking for experienced bartenders to join our team. If you are an experienced high volume, full service experienced person capable of building cocktails, selling wine, and offering exceptional service to your bar guests then feel free to apply.

About the Job

  • Bar team offers both restaurants menu, and such creates a unique experience that is only available to your guests in the bar. Menu Knowledge is very important and a big part of the job
  • Craft cocktails, we have a large house cocktails menu, and recipe adherence is very important to maintain consistency amongst the bar team.
  • SPEED- We need bartenders that understand pace, but can do it in a graceful manner and showcase there skills in the beautiful dance that is bartending.
  • Wine- We have an extensive BTG and BTB program, and wine knowledge is important, we want our team selling bottles of wine, bottles of champagne, and creating that full dining experience for your guests.
  • Prep and and from scratch experience is beneficial, but can be trained.

About the operation

  • Two different restaurants under one roof, offering Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
  • We are a casual high end establishment that aims to borrow from fine dining and present it in an approachable fun gracious environment.
  • Event space and second lounge space allows for us to have multiple bars, and book numerous events that our bar team executes


Compensation: $10.98 per hour
