Key Responsibilities

  • Efficient Service: Prepare and serve classic cocktails, premium spirits, wines, and beverages with speed, precision, and consistency.
  • Host Behind the Bar: Deliver a warm and sophisticated welcome to our guests, engaging with them to ensure an exceptional bar experience.
  • Bar Operations: Assist with daily bar prep, restock, maintaining cleanliness, and strictly following hygiene and safety guidelines.
  • Teamwork: Work closely with the service and kitchen teams to maintain seamless service during busy peak hours.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Solid Bar Background: Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-end restaurant, hotel bar, or cocktail lounge.
  • Strong Beverage Knowledge: Sound understanding of classic cocktail recipes, spirits, wine, and general beverage service.
  • Guest-Centric: Professional manners, a polished look, and the ability to thrive under pressure with a positive attitude.
  • Language Skills: Good command of English to communicate comfortably with our international guests and team members.
