Job Description

What you will do in this role:
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to all food safety regulations
• Handle cash and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently
• Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
• Upsell additional products when appropriate
• Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed

What we are looking for from you:
• Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is preferred
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
• Familiarity with POS systems for order processing
• Ability to handle food safely and responsibly
• Proficiency in basic math for cash handling purposes
• Strong bartending skills including drink preparation and presentation
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
