We're seeking an outgoing, personable, and passionate Bartender to join our team. More than simply crafting exceptional cocktails, our bartenders create experiences. They welcome guests with genuine warmth, build meaningful connections, and bring energy to every interaction, helping transform an ordinary evening into a memorable part of our guests' stay.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, bar, hotel, or resort environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, spirits, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Passion for delivering exceptional hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and service excellence.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Experience operating a point-of-sale (POS) system preferred.
• Ability to accurately handle cash and process guest transactions.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently lift up to 30 pounds.
• Food Handler Certification and Responsible Vendor Certification, where required by law.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
