We are currently seeking versatile professionals for the following position:

Bartender with Front Office experience

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee and specialty drinks
• Create cocktails with consistency and high presentation standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Manage stock levels and bar inventory
• Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems
• Upsell beverages and promote offers
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Handle cash transactions and POS systems
• Perform check-in and check-out procedures
• Manage reservations and update guest information
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests
• Provide information about hotel services
• Ensure a seamless guest experience

Requirements:

• Skills pass is a must: Bartender or Front office
• Strong mixology and beverage preparation skills
• Barista experience (coffee preparation essential)
• Knowledge of bar inventory management
• Customer-oriented with a professional attitude
• Experience in cash handling and POS systems
• Front office experience (check-in/out, reservations, guest relations)
• Professional, organized, and efficient approach
• Strong communication and customer service skills
