With a strong emphasis on personalized service and attention to detail, a career at the Ambassador Tulsa means joining a team dedicated to excellence and hospitality at its finest.

You should join our team if you believe…

That a great cocktail is only part of an unforgettable bar experience—genuine hospitality is what guests remember most.

That craftsmanship, product knowledge, and attention to detail elevate every drink you serve.

That great Bartenders create energy, build relationships, and make every interaction memorable.

You’re a great fit for this role if you love…

Welcoming guests with enthusiasm and creating an inviting, energetic atmosphere at the bar.

Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes, quality standards, and responsible alcohol service practices.

Taking food and beverage orders accurately while ensuring allergy information and special requests are communicated clearly.

Providing attentive, engaging service by anticipating guest needs and checking in throughout their dining experience.

Preparing beverages for both bar guests and the restaurant dining room while maintaining speed, accuracy, and consistency.

Maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout every shift.

Processing guest payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

Collaborating with Barbacks, Servers, Culinary, and Leadership to deliver seamless service.

Building relationships with returning guests and creating memorable experiences that encourage them to visit again.

Responding professionally and positively to guest requests and resolving service opportunities with confidence and care.

Taking pride in maintaining sanitation, organization, and presentation standards behind the bar.

We’re excited to have you join us because…

You understand that exceptional bartending combines technical skill with genuine hospitality.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and a positive attitude.

You have strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and food pairings—or you’re eager to continue learning.

You communicate effectively with guests and teammates to create a seamless dining experience.

You remain calm, organized, and solution-oriented during busy service periods.
