
This position typically starts at $10.00 per hour + tips and works a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays. Team members begin accruing PTO starting on day one, and full‑time employees are eligible for benefits after 90 days.
Bring the bar to life by crafting great drinks, delivering warm, energetic service, and keeping your station stocked, clean, and ready for action. You’ll handle transactions with confidence and jump into each shift with a fun, team‑first attitude.
Demonstrates regular and predictable attendance; arrives on time in full, clean uniform with required name tag, ID, and licenses, ready to work with a heads‑up, ready‑to‑serve attitude. Keeps personal phones “backstage” in non‑guest areas.
Works a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
Maintains assigned station in a clean and sanitary condition in accordance with department service standards and job functions.
Ability to read, write, and understand English.
Must be able to obtain Missouri Gaming License.
Must obtain required food handlers permit.
Communicates effectively and maintains positive working relationships with guests, coworkers, and management.
