Job Description

Our role is not only about preparing and serving beverages, but about creating memorable and refined experiences for every guest at Bell Étage, the All Day Dining outlet of The St. Regis Jakarta. The Bartender is responsible for crafting alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, specialty drinks, and coffee-based beverages, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and quality. From preparing mise en place, setting up the bar and coffee station, communicating orders efficiently with the kitchen and service team, to engaging guests with warm and professional interaction, the Bartender ensures each beverage becomes part of the overall dining experience.



The role requires strict adherence to company policies, food safety, hygiene, and beverage handling standards. The Bartender maintains cleanliness and organization of the bar and coffee area, monitors stock levels, handles equipment responsibly, and ensures all transactions are accurate and seamless. A professional appearance, positive teamwork, and clear communication are essential to support smooth operations. The position also requires the ability to stand for extended periods, perform physical tasks such as lifting light bar supplies, and carry out additional duties as assigned by Supervisors to support operational excellence.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

License or Certification: None
