As part of the opening of Monsieur Paul in May 2026, Les Maisons Bocuse are recruiting the talents who will form the founding kitchen and front-of-house teams for this exceptional project in the Middle East.

We are looking for our future Bartender / Barista ready to embody excellence and the French art of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

PRODUCTION & SERVICE

• Prepare and serve beverages ( cocktails, spirits, hot drinks)

• Advise guests on drink selections

• Ensure fast, accurate, and high-quality service

• Master recipes and measurements

• Handle payments when required

HYGIENE & SAFETY

• Apply food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)

• Ensure cleanliness of equipment and tools

• Manage stock

• Receive and check deliveries

• Conduct inventory counts

• Ensure proper stock rotation

• Maintain a clean and organized bar area

GUEST RELATION

• Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere

• Build guest loyalty

• Handle difficult situations with professionalism and diplomacy
