Job Description

■Position

We are seeking a Bartender / Bar Service Staff for the Bulgari Ginza Bar located on the 10th floor of the Bulgari Ginza Tower.

■Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for overall bar service and operational support.

Providing service and drinks at the bar counter

Preparing cocktails and other beverages

Explaining and recommending menu items to guests

Setting up and maintaining the bar area, including cleaning duties

Assisting with inventory and supplies management

Collaborating with team members to enhance service quality

Supporting special events as needed

Full-time (Contract employment may be considered)

■Salary

Based on skills and experience

■Working Hours

8 hours per day (60-minute break)

Monthly variable working hours system / shift-based schedule

115 annual holidays

■Qualifications (Preferred)

Experience as a bartender or in food and beverage service preferred

Strong hospitality mindset and customer service skills

Ability to work well in a team

Japanese & English skills
