Craft & Crew Hospitality is now hiring Bartenders for Part-time/Full-time/Seasonal employment.

Experience and Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who have at least 1-year of experience working in similar positions with a concentration on high-volume food and beverage service. Must have a friendly personality, strong work ethic, ability to work well with others, excellent communication skills, passion for hospitality, dedication to customer service, and willingness to go the extra mile to exceed our standards for guest satisfaction and food, cocktails, and service.

Availability and Scheduling:

Must have open availability and willingness to work a combination of days and nights and weekends.

Job Responsibilities:

• Serves guests at bar counter according to Craft & Crew service standards
• Prepares cocktails, using recipe specifications and preparation methods for guests at the bar counter and in the service well
• Promotes the company's loyalty program
• Keeps work area neat, clean, and organized at all times
• Completes e-tab and paper-tab transactions with guests
• Completes restocking, cleaning, and opening/closing duties
• Completes other duties as assigned by leader/manager
• Must have extreme attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and stressful environment
