• Create and serve exceptional cocktails, timeless classics and premium beverages with precision, creativity and flair.
• Bring personality and genuine warmth to every guest interaction, transformingordinary moments into memorable experiences.
• Share your passion for spirits, mixology and cocktail culture through thoughtful, personalized recommendations.
• Contribute fresh ideas, seasonal inspirations and innovative cocktail creations.
• Maintain impeccable standards of presentation, service, cleanliness and organization.
• Take pride in the bar’s performance, from product knowledge and stock
• management to responsible cost control.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver seamless, intuitive and consistently exceptional guest experiences.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

We are looking for more than technical expertise. We are looking for personality,

passion and a genuine sense of hospitality.

The qualities we value:

• Have previous bartending experience, ideally within luxury hospitality or a premium cocktail bar.
• Possess excellent knowledge of classic cocktails, premium spirits and contemporary mixology trends.
• Take pride in your craft and have a natural eye for detail.
• Are confident, engaging and genuinely enjoy connecting with people.
• Bring creativity, curiosity and a desire to continuously develop your skills.
• Communicate comfortably in Czech and English.
