Responsibilities

• Mix and serve a wide range of classic and craft cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages
• Provide outstanding guest service by creating a warm, welcoming, and engaging bar atmosphere
• Uphold Max Downtown’s standards of presentation, portion control, and consistency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area at all times
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly
• Verify identification and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with state regulations
• Collaborate with front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless service
• Stay up to date with seasonal menus, beverage offerings, and ongoing training initiatives

Qualifications: What We’re Looking For

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of bartending experience in fine dining is REQUIRED
• Alternatively, 2+ years in a high-volume casual dining environment will be considered
• Strong working knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, and spirits
• TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol certification preferred
